The landscape design for Hanoi Aqua Central is inspired by the spectacular Da Lat waterfalls with water being the central theme of design commensurate with the name of the project. The famous waterfalls of Da Lat are unique in many aspects. These waterfalls are unparallel in demonstrating the diversity of water textures – from torrents to placid pools and the landscape design is an attempt to capture this remarkable interaction of water with rock surfaces and subsequent disparate effects and aesthetics they generate.

Though contemporary in scope and aesthetics the landscape design is a unique extension of the French colonial architectural expression. From the rounded frames of the water curtains to the planters in the entrance plaza the landscape design is a true celebration of Vietnam’s rich natural and cultural heritage.
